What can you tell us about the band's debut album?
It's very original. Like nothing your ears have ever seen before. I'm talking drummy sounds, laser beam sounds, robot sounds... cowbells. Basically all the cool instruments that makes great music art.
How did you guys form?
Most of us formed in our mother's womb - except Joey, he was hatched from a giant turtle egg. But as far as the band goes, it was put together by a Big Tobacco company. One that is really interested in what young people are up to.
How cool is it to have Big Tobacco sponsor your band?
It's awesome. It has opened lots of doors for us, you know? Like those ones at the hospital that slide open automatically when you step close to them. I've been to the hospital a lot since the band was formed.
What's the best part of being a pop sensation?
Hmmmm... I would have to say the main part is the best part.
How does smoking enhance the band's image?
Well, we are called Smoke 'N' Mirrerz, so right off the bat you know we’re legit. Plus we've been told that if we want to look like a real band, we should have filthy habits. And with the help of our sponsors, smoking has become a part of our daily life. At first we thought it was something that was just for looks, but now we're all totally hooked. It's how we keep it real. Although sometimes I wish they would have called us "Lasagna 'N' Mirrerz." Or “Mac ’N’ Cheez.”
Do you have time for hobbies?
My hobby is my music, and my music is my habit. You could say that I'm addicted to my music. And cigarettes. And Project Runway.
What's your favorite time to have a cigarette?
I would have to say the day time, followed closely by night time.
What inspired you to write "The Tumor in Your Lung Breaks My Heart?"
When I found out my girlfriend had a tumor in her lung, it broke my heart. That's just a figure of speech. But it really happened.
If you were a plant, what kind plant would you be?
A nuclear power plant. Cuz we goin' triple-double polonium! Aaaaaawwww yeah.

Lasagna. Or Mac ‘N’ Cheez.
